Our organic mung beans have a fine light green colour and a mild flavour, and are rich in minerals, vitamins and protein. Wonderfully tasty and decorative in salads and vegetarian patties. They can also be marinated with citrus, chopped herbs, cold-pressed olive oil and spices such as cumin. Let them cook along as a substantial addition to soups and hearty bean stews such as ’chilli sin carne’. Tip! Cook a large batch of beans and store them in the refrigerator or freezer, making it easy to eat healthily!
