Dried cranberries add both flavour and colour to dishes, fruit salad and smoothies. Perfect as an ingredient in muesli, granola, porridge, bread and pastries. Also delicious in homemade chutney, jam, marmalade and salsa (preferably with chilli, sweet strawberries and goji berries), salads, hearty stews and soups.
