Our black rice is a beautiful grain from which only the outermost part of the husk has been removed – making it particularly rich in nutrients, fibre, minerals and antioxidants. Brown rice is easy to digest and has a mild, sweet and nutty flavour. Delicious served hot with a hearty stew, as risotto or cold in substantial salads of various kinds. Also suitable for desserts and sweet dishes.
