Our organic buckwheat puffs are made from buckwheat, a beautiful plant whose fruit is used to make flakes, puffs, flour or groats. The buckwheat puffs are completely gluten-free and excellent in muesli and granola, sprinkled over fruit salad, used for baking or as a topping for your smoothie.
