Kuzu Arrowroot 125 G

Kuzu is an effective plant-based thickener made from kuzu plant starch. In Japan, it is often used in soups, sauces and (hot) desserts. The good thing about kuzu is that it does not affect the flavour of a dish. Unlike corn starch, kuzu also works well in acidic dishes. It is also gluten-free and vegan! White kuzu is washed and filtered, which gives it a neutral flavour and slightly stronger thickening power than grey kuzu.
