Lasätter Gård's elderflower products contain only their own flowers and berries, and for shelf life they add E211 and enhance the acidity with lemons and citric acid – in some cases also rhubarb. Naturally, their products contain organic sugar and lemons for sweetness and shelf life. This gives their elderflower products a genuine, natural flavour.
