Biofood's Vietnamese cashews are excellent for cooking and can be used in everything from savoury dishes, smoothies and desserts to making your own cashew milk. They are also delicious as a snack.
These cashews come from organic farms in Binh Phuoc Province in Vietnam. The farmers participate in a programme through which they receive, among other things, valuable knowledge about sustainable planting methods and a good price for their products, contributing to a higher standard of living. The cashew trees grow alongside other trees, strengthening biodiversity while providing additional sources of income. The nuts are picked by hand.
